Seven SMALL, daily habits to implement into your routine that make a BIG difference



1. GOAL SCRIPTING
Setting long term, weekly, and even daily goals is a great way to be proactive in your
life. Writing down your goals, daily, helps you to stay focused and action oriented. It helps you to track your growth and keeps you accountable of yourself.

2. JOURNALING
Whether it is writing out your to-do list, reflecting on your day, thoughts or emotions, or even scripting affirmations, journaling is a great way to practice mindfulness, to release unwanted feelings and stress, and to manifest your dreams and desires.

3. SPENDING TIME IN NATURE
Nature is a powerful healer. Spending time outdoors is great for your overall immune health, practicing gratitude, goal scripting and journaling, and gives you energy to help you master your day.

4. HEALTHY EATING
We all know that the foods we intake majorly impact our overall health. Gradually implementing healthier choices into your diet can go such a long way. With a healthy body comes a healthy mind and healthy habits.

5. BEING CONFIDENT
You are in control of all of your dreams and desires. Believe in yourself in everything you do, and know that there's no one who can do it like you!

6. CREATIVE EXPRESSION
Take time out of your day to put away the work and just Be You! Life can get so hectic, and it's easy to get caught up in the day to day hustle and bustle. Immerse yourself in the things you love and enjoy. It is the best stress reliever. Always take time to let loose, express yourself, and keep building your crafts and skills. You'll never regret it.

7. MEDITATING
Meditating is an amazing way to calm anxiety, support your emotional wellbeing, help you manifest, and more. It is one of the most healing and powerful practices you can implement into your day. Spend some quiet time in nature meditating and reflecting. Do the inner work to heal the traumas and the things that could be holding you back from reaching your true potential. Eliminate the outside noise and listen to what your mind and heart is telling you.
